CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that cancellations within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 40% of the booked service(s). Deposits are $25 and serve as a retainer for your appointment. If you cancel within 12 hours of your appointment, cancel altogether, or no-show, your deposit will be retained as your cancellation/no-show fee. No-shows will be charged 50% of the booked service(s) and will no longer be permitted to book future appointments. When you receive your confirmation text a few days before your appointment, please make sure to confirm your appointment to keep your spot. If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible. A 10 minute grace period is provided; after that, I may not be able to complete all scheduled services depending on timing, and your appointment may be considered a no-show. In the event of a declined payment for a late cancellation or no-show fee, updated payment information will be required before rebooking. All services are final sale — there are no refunds. Retail products are final sale once opened or used. Unused, unopened products may be returned within 30 days for studio credit, which can be applied toward future products or services. Clients must be 18 years old or older. As I’m home based, please no extra guests or children. Thank you for understanding and for helping keep the studio running smoothly ♡
